Last updated 27 October 2026. Short version: failed stencils cost nothing, and a pack you barely used can be refunded within 7 days.
Errors re-credit automatically. If the output is unusable (broken lines, wrong crop) send us the file and we restore the credit.
Email support@tattoostencil.ink within 7 days of a charge with the email used at checkout. Used 3 stencils or fewer from that purchase: full refund. More than that: we review case by case.
Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Forgot to cancel? Ask within 7 days of the renewal and, if none of that month's stencils were used, we refund it.
Refunds are issued by Dodo Payments to the card or wallet you paid with, usually in 5–10 business days.
Stencils already printed or transferred, and accounts closed for breaking the terms.
